摘要

Abstract

A near infrared two -color imaging system is introduced to measure the surface temperature on ethylene pyrolyzer in this paper , In which the photoelectric converter (CCD )of image temperature measurement is used ,and the image parameters are converted into temper-ature data .After the first and second compensation factor calibration ,the system test error can reach ± 0 .6% of the measured value .The results show that the system is featured with steady measurement ,small precision ,and accurate display for the temperature distribution . Following the temperature dynamics can be highly beneficial to the yield of cracking furnace ,the production cycle ,the energy consumption and material consumption .
