超早产儿安全转运改进策略效果分析
Effect of Modified Strategies of Safe Transfer on Extremely Preterm
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of modified strategies of safe transfer on extremely preterm. Methods The data of 112 cases of extremely preterm admitted to our department from October 2011 to September 2013 and 174 cases from October 2013 to September 2015 when modified strategies of safe transfer had been implemented were analyzed. The transfer effects of two groups were compared. Results All the cases of extremely preterm received reasonable and safe nursing care. But the occurrence of hypoglycemia, hypothermia, poor management of respiratory tract, hypotension and acidosis significantly decreased ( P<0.05) and the rate of family members’ complaint decreased to 0.6% after the implementation of modified strategies of safe transfer. Conclusion Modified strategies of safe transfer in extremely preterm combined with reasonable and scientific nursing care can reduce associated transfer complications and improve the cooperation of family members, which lays a good foundation for the future treatment of extremely preterm.关键词
