102例维持性血液透析患者生活质量及其影响因素分析
Status of Quality of Life of 102 Patients with Maintenance Hemodialysis and Its Influence Factors

Abstract
Objective To investigate the status of quality of life in patients with maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) and its influencing factors. Methods Through convenient sampling, totally 102 MHD patients in one first-class third-level hospital in Nanjing were investigated with the Medical Outcomes Study 36-item Short-form Health Survey (SF-36). Influence factors of quality of life of patients were extracted from patients ’ general information, laboratory test results and Revised Piper Fatigue Scale (RPFS). Single factor analysis and step-wise regression analysis were used for statistical analysis. Results The scores of quality of life were significantly lower than those of the norm in China (P<0.05)and fatigue, age and vascular access were independent influence factors for quality of life of MHD patients. Conclusion Quality of life in MHD patients is poor. Medical workers should pay attention to elderly patients with fatigue and their vascular access and take effective interventions to improve their quality of life.关键词
