摘要

Abstract

CuO⁃CeO2⁃MOy( M:Zr,Al) catalysts were prepared by hard template KIT⁃6 synthesized from EO20PO70EO20(P123), tetraethyl orthosilicate, hydrochloric acid and water. Relevant characterization was conducted by X⁃ray diffraction (XRD), N2 adsorption⁃desorption, Raman spectrum (Raman) and H2 temperature programmed reduction (H2⁃TPR).The activities of the catalysts for HCl oxidation were investigated. Results showed that CuO⁃CeO2⁃MOy(M:Zr,Al)catalysts had a high surface area (>140 m2/g) and small grain sizes, and CuO species could highly disperse on the surface of the catalysts or dissolve into the catalysts. CuO⁃CeO2⁃ZrO2 had the most abundant surface oxygen vacancies and the best reducibility at low temperatures, and showed an excellent catalytic activity and good thermal stability in HCl oxidation.
