摘要

Abstract

The purification of the polysaccharide solution obtained from Hericiumerinaceus by chitosan and ZTC1+1Ⅱ flocculants were studied with the deprotobeinizing rate and the polysaccharides retention rate as the evaluation indicators. The effects of factors such as dosage of flocculant, flocculation time, and flocculation temperature on the flocculation were investigated by single⁃factor experiments, and the optimum parameters were obtained.Results showed that the flocculation effect of chitosan was better than ZTC1+1Ⅱ flocculants, and the optimum flocculation parameters were as follows:the temperature of 50℃,the amount of chitosan of 0�8 mL/g ( flocculant volume/hericium amount ) and flocculation time of 2�0 h. Under the optimum conditions, the deproteinizing rate was 38�52% and the polysaccharides retention rate was 94�65%. 1,1⁃diphenyl⁃2⁃picrylhydrazyl⁃radical ( DPPH·)⁃scavenging assay was also carried out to evaluate the bioactivity of polysaccharide solution of hericium purified by chitosan and ZTC1+1Ⅱ flocculant with a better bioactivity by chitosan.
