适于果园深施有机肥开沟装置设计
The Design and Development of Orchard Ditching Device Suitable for the Deep Application of Organic Fertilizer

Abstract
In the process of management of the orchard, reasonable fertilization is an important basis for improving soil fertility, fruit yield and quality, Ditching is a necessary prerequisite for fertilization. In this paper,Considering the charac-teristics of Xinjiang orchard planting mode, aiming at the problems existing in ditching operation labor intensity and low efficiency operation of artificial orchard fertilization process, design a ditching device which is mainly composed of frame, cutter assembly, diversion cover and transmission system, it completed that mechanized ditching in the process of orchard fertilization. The field tests show that 1. 6km/h of the operation speed,410mm of trenching depth,280mm of width, 0. 6hm2/h of productivity. This machine has the characteristics of simple structure, stable performance, low manufactur-ing cost, good ditching quality.关键词
