立秆式搂膜机搂膜齿的设计与有限元分析
Design and Finite Element Analysis of Cuddle Plastic Film Tooth for Plastic Film Residue Collector Used on Vertical Cotton Stem

Abstract
In order to solve the problem of plastic film residue collection after Xinjiang cotton harvesting, a plastic film residue collector used on vertical cotton stem that was suitable for cotton cultivation mode of Xinjiang was designed. The whole structure and working mechanism of the machine were introduced, the key operation components of machine( cud-dle plastic film tooth) were forces analysis by related theory, the total deformation and equivalent stress of three different forms cuddle plastic film tooth were analyzed during the operation process by ANSYS. Experiment results showed that the horizontal soil resistance of single cuddle plastic film tooth was from 28 . 8 to 43 . 2 N and the vertical soil support force of single cuddle plastic film tooth was 47. 4N during the operation process. The maximum deformation and equivalent stress of cuddle plastic film tooth with curve tooth were 34. 61mm and 340. 29MPa, while the plastic film tooth with straight tooth were 65. 67mm and 462. 06MPa, and the plastic film tooth with helical tooth were 68. 28mm and 472. 28MPa. The research results can provide reference of plastic film residue collector with cuddle film’ s designed and improved.关键词
