摘要

Abstract

The precision metering mechanism is one core component of a planter. Its seeding performance directly cause the planter’ s seeding quality. In order to study the main factor that influence the working performance of the air-suction precision metering device, this paper taking soybean air-suction precision metering device as the research object conduct the performance tests on test bench. The main factors who influence the working performance of the air-suction precision metering device is the seed-wheel rotation, the secondary factor is negative pressure of the chamber; when the seed-wheel rotation is 20 r/min and the negative pressure of the chamber is 5. 0kPa the working performance is best, its quali-fied index is 91 . 13%. The results provide a reference for improving the structure and performance of the seed metering device.
