Abstract
Objective:To investigate and summarize the minimally invasive treating cervical spondylopathy .Methods:Randomly se-lected from the Department of traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital inpatient cervical artery type of cervical spondylosis patients :re-port of 90 cases, of which 30 cases as the control group with 60 cases in treatment group.The control group was given a filiform needle acu-puncture neck Hua Tuo pincer , Ashi points, with the valley, chize, acupuncture once every day .Oral Jingfukang granules , Danshen tab-lets;The treatment group:treatment:one-time minimally invasive Acupotomology in fixed position stab -incised induration and peel ad-hesion, patients feel trapped, swelling, pain, postoperative shift of cervical spine manipulation reduction .Results:in the control group 30 cases, 4 cases were cured, 10 effective cases, 16 cases ineffective, efficiency of 46.7%.The treatment group 60 cases, 41 cases were cured, 13 effective cases , 6 cases are invalid , the total efficiency of 90%.Conclusion:Minimally invasive clinical diagnosis and treat-ment of cervical artery type of cervical spondylosis could obtain good results .关键词
