Abstract
Objective:To investigate the rehabilitation of patients with spinal fractures using evidence -based nursing intervention effect.Methods:Patients with spinal fractures and research hospital in November 2014 to November 2015 were treated 72 patients, all patients were randomly allocated in accordance with the principles of the average divided into control and observation groups of 36 patients with spinal fractures the control group were treated with routine care of spinal fracture mode , the observation group were treated with spinal fractures way of evidence -based nursing interventions , compared two groups of patients to take care of the clinical indicators of different ways after the incidence of complications , patient satisfaction .Results:The clinical indicators of the observation group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05); the observation group total complication rate was 16.67%; the control group, the total complication rate was 39.89%, was observed group of patients with complications was significantly lower than the control group in patients with spinal fractures , the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05);the observation group care overall satisfac-tion rate of 88.89%in the control group, the total satisfaction rate of 63.89%in the observation group care satisfaction degree was signifi-cantly higher, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion: Changing the look of spinal fracture rehabilitation nursing interventions using evidence -based care had a good effect , could effectively shorten the hospital stay of patients and reduce the incidence of complications , improve patient care and satisfaction with body mass , with higher the value of clinical care , therefore , worthy of promotion and application .关键词
