Disc Value of 64-slice Spiral CT Diagnosis of Lumbar
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the 64-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation .Methods:A retrospective a-nalysis of 159 cases of CT diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation patient image data;all patients undergoing 64-slice spiral CT scan after the axial, sagittal, coronal multiplanar reconstruction .Results:CT manifestations of soft tissue shadow broke into the spinal canal ①nucleus formed;②dural sac compression , distortion, displacement;③nerve root swelling , pressure shift or annihilation;④fragments formed, slip;⑤after sagittal vertebral broke into a semicircle soft tissue shadow , coronal broke into the spinal canal is round or oval soft tissue shadow within the spinal canal .Conclusion:64-slice spiral CT examination of lumbar disc has obvious advantages , has significant clini-cal value to evaluate the condition .关键词
