Abstract
Objective:To define the mechanism and analyze the lifting yang method of LI Dongyuan by us-ing pattern factor identification. Methods:Total 17 Chinese prescriptions named “lifting yang” in Treatise on the Spleen and Stomach,Secret Record of the Chamber of Orchids,Differentiation on Endogenous and Ex-ogenous Disease,were collected and the symptoms were screened and the sum of contribution degree of symptoms to syndrome factors were calculated to determine the disease location factors and property factors about lifting yang method and obtain the new patterns. Results:Disease location factors included:the spleen, liver,large intestine,gallbladder,small intestine,stomach and kidney. Property factors were qi stagnation, dampness,qi deficiency,blood stasis,yang deficiency,suppuration and heat. Qi stagnation,dampness and the spleen were the grade Ⅲ factors,qi deficiency,blood stasis,the liver,large intestine and gallbladder were the grade Ⅱ factors while the small intestine,yang deficiency,the stomach,suppuration,the kidney and heat were the grade Ⅰ factors. Conclusion:Lifting yang method of LI Dongyuan was mainly aimed at qi defi-ciency,stagnation and blood stasis.关键词
