基于中医传承辅助平台的中药穴位贴敷治疗冠心病心绞痛用药规律分析
Medication Rules of Acupoint Application with Herbal Prescriptions for Angina Pectoris Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Platform System
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the medication rules of acupoint application with herbal prescriptions for angina pectoris based on traditional Chinese medicine inheritance platform system (TCMISS) V2.5. Methods:The herbal prescriptions for angina pectoris from 1956 to December 2015 were collected from CNKI ,Wan-fang Data and VIP Data. Then the database of herbal prescriptions was established by TCMISS V2.5. We used TCMISS which has some date mining methods such as revised mutual information ,complex system en-tropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical clustering to analyze the medication rules of acupoint application with herbal prescriptions for angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Results:The frequency of each herb and the association rules among the herbs were found out ,total 12 core combinations and 6 new prescrip-tions were excavated from the database by analyzing 73 prescriptions of acupoint application for angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Conclusion:The herbal prescriptions used in acupoint application for angina pectoris were mainly composed of herbs for activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis ,and assisted by aromatic herbs activating yang and regulating qi to dissipate phlegm.关键词
