金元医家张从正刺血疗法探析
Analysis on ZHANG Congzheng’s Pricking Blood Therapy in Jin and Yuan Dynasties
摘要
Abstract
Pricking blood therapy was one of ZHANG Congzheng ’s important means of eliminating pathogens,following the principles of pricking blood in Huangdi’s Canon of Medicine. The common tools included:needles,grass stalk and magnetic disk,mainly selecting acupoints of yangming meridian,taiyang meridian,such as:five wells points and extrameridional points. There were many acupoints for pricking a large amount of blood used in the ophthalmology,department of otorhinolargngology (ENT),surgery,internal medicine,department of dermatology,pediatrics and other diseases. It was pointed out that pricking blood should be the first choice in the department of ENT,surgery,ophthalmology and acute diseases. Bloodletting should be used for fire and heat,wind and heat causing diseases which influenced the later doctors’ prick-ing blood therapy greatly.关键词
