老年高血压患者不同代谢状态与血压变异性的关系
Relationship between different metabolic status and blood pressure variability in senile patients with essential hypertension

Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between different metabolic status and blood pressure variability (BPV)in senile essential hypertensive patients.Methods Totally 378 senile patients with essential hypertension (EH) were recruited and then were divided into 2 groups:isolated EH group (n =193)and MS group (n =185).The 24-hour systolic blood pressure variability (24 hSBPV),24-hour diastolic blood pressure variability (24 hDBPV),daytime systolic blood pressure variability (dSBPV),daytime diastolic blood pressure variability (dDBPV),night-time systolic blood pres-sure variability (nSBPV)and night-time diastolic blood pressure variability (nDBPV)were compared between these two groups.Relationship between MS and BPV was analyzed by Multivariate linear regression analysis.Results Compared with the isolated EH group,the MS group had higher 24 hSBPV levels (P <0.05).Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that MS was independently correlated with 24 hSBPV (R2 =0.14,t =2.959,P =0.003).Conclusion MS is positively correlated with 24 hSBPV levels in senile patients with essential hypertension.关键词
