三棱丸方对克罗恩病肠纤维化中血小板活化治疗作用的研究
Effect on the treating intestinal fibrosis of Crohn's disease in platelet activation by Sanleng pill

Abstract
Objective:To observe the relationship between clinical curative effect and platelet activation trea-ting intestinal fibrosis of Crohn's disease by Sanleng pill .Methods :36 patients with Crohn's disease were random-ly divided in two groups .The 18 patients in the control group were managed with regular measures in western medi-cine ,while the 18 patients in the treatment group received additional Sanleng pill decoction orally .Therapeutic effects and the platelet activation index were compared .Results :Compared to the control group ,in the treatment group,the Crohn's disease activity index(CDAI),platelet count(PLT)and D dimer(D-D)changes before and after treatment ,there was statistically significant difference (P<0 .05) ,the improvement rate of endoscopic fibrosis in treatment group was higher than the control group ,but no statistical significance .Conclusion :Sanleng pill orally can improve the clinical curative effect of patients with stenosis of intestinal fibrosis of Crohn's disease and platelet activation ,which is related to the treatment of platelet activation .关键词
