补肾祛邪法治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效及对疾病相关指标的影响
Observation of the efficacy and effect of nourishing kidney and getting rid of evil in the treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis B on disease related indexes

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy and effect of nourishing kidney and get rid of evil in the treatment of patients with Chronic hepatitis B on disease related indexes .Methods :102 patients with chronic hepati-tis B admitted in our hospital were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of admission and principle of voluntary principle ,and 51 cases in each group .The control group was treated with oral entecavir tablets orally .The observation group was treated with Chinese medicine of nourishing kidney and getting rid of evil ,14 days were as a course of treatment ,and 4 cycles of continuous treatment .Results :The total effective rate of the observation group was 90 .20% and the control group was 70 .59% ,the differences were with statistical significance .Before the treatment ,the liver function indexes between the two groups were with out significant differ-ences .After treatment ,the levels of ALT and AST in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group ,and the differences were significant .The liver fibrosis indexes of the two groups before treatment compared ,there were no significant differences .After treatment ,LN ,HA and IV-C in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group ,and the differences were with Statistical significance .Conclusion :Nourishing kidney and get rid of evil in the treatment of patients with Chronic hepatitis B ,the clinical treatment is significant than the use of western medicine alone ,it can improve the patient's liver function ,regulatethe changesof liver fibrosis index ,and it is the better treatment in clinical treatment .关键词
