消风散联合外用药膏治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎疗效观察
Clinical observation of Xiaofeng powder with medical skin-care products in patients with facial corticosteroid addictive dermatitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Xiaofeng powder with medical skin-care products in patients with facial corticosteroid addictive dermatitis .Methods :35 patients with facial corticosteroid addictive der-matitis were selected as therapy group ,and were treated with Xiaofeng powder aombined with sensitive skin mois-ture recovery cream .40 patients over the same period as the control group and given Loratadine Tablets combined winona sensitive skin moisture recovery cream .4 weeks for 1 courses ,3% Lotin Boracic Acid wet compress was used in treatment period .The clinical efficacy of the 2 groups was compared .Results :The score and effective rate of the experimental group after treatment were better than those of the control group (P<0 .05) .There was no signifi-cant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups during the treatment period .Conclusions :Xiaofeng powder aombined with sensitive skin moisture recovery cream can relieve or eliminate facial hormone de-pendent dermatitis symptoms ,and the clinical curative effect and security is satisfaction .关键词
