血必净注射液联合醒脑静注射液治疗阿普唑仑中毒的临床研究

Abstract
Objective :To observe the therapeutic efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine Xuebijing injection combined with Xingnaojing injection in the treatment of patients with severe alprazolam poisoning .Methods:A total of 50 eligible patients with severe alprazolam poisoning were randomly divided into control group (n=25) and treat-ment group (n=25) .The control group were given such conventional treatments as gastric lavage ,naloxone awa-king ,protecting important organs function ,nutrition ,fluid replacement and maintenance of water electrolyte bal-ance .Furthermore ,the patients in treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine Xuebijing injec-tion and Xingnaojing injection except these conventional treatments .Results :All patients were healed .Both the a-wake time and ICU stay time of patients in the treatment group were significantly less than the control group .The improvement of organ perfusion indexes (mean arterial pressure and lactic acid ) in the treatment group were better than those in the control group when these patients were treated after one day ,the difference were statistically signif-icant .What's more ,the APACHEⅡ score ,respiratory failure cure rate and pneumonia cure rate were also better than those of control group .Conclusion :Xuebijing injection combined with Xingnaojing injection can restore patients'consciousness and vital signs in a short time ,and also can improve the cure rate of pneumonia and respiratory failure in the treatment of severe sedative hypnotic drugs poisoning .关键词
