化瘀益肾饮对糖尿病早期肾病Hcy及CysC的影响
Influence on Hcy and CysC of Huayu Yishen decoction for early diabetic nephropathy
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the change of the level of HCY(homocysteine) and cystatin C before and af-ter the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy with the prescription of Huayu Yishen decoction .Methods :In accord-ance with the internationally recognized mogenson Ⅲstandard combined with the discussion of Chinese type 2 diabe-tes 2010 edition ,76 DN patients were randomized into two groups ,adopting routine diabetes foundation treatment in both groups .In addition to the routine treatment for diabetes ,the treatment group(40 patients) was administered to add Huayu Yishen decoction while the control group (36 patients) was given Irbesartan tablets .After 12 weeks of treatment ,a result was observed before and after the treatment of a change of Hcy and CysC .Results:In these re-spects of reduction of Hcy and CysC ,UACR ,SCr and HbA1c ,obtaining better clinical effects .The comparative differences between two groups were statistically significant (P< 0 .05) .Concluslons:Better curative effect of DN with Huayu Yishen decoction and irbesartan was confirmed .The effects were better than pure western medicine treatment .关键词
