Research on the Evaluation of Construction Situation Quality of Rural Construction Involved in Cultural and Creative Industries Based on IPA Analysis-Taking International Ceramic Art in Mingyue Village of Sichuan Province as an Example

Abstract
Implementing the planning and design effectively and shaping the space with regional characteristics to make rural construction and cultural and creative industries symbiotic rationally is the important issue of the moment under the background of the rural construction involved in the cultural and creative industries. Based on this, ifrstly, this paper summarized the research situation of combination of the rural construction and cultural and creative industries. Then it summarized the characteristics of development of International Ceramic Art in Mingyue village of Sichuan Province. Next it used the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) to evaluate the effect of perceived performance of the current situation of rural construction from many aspects on the basis of analyzing the regional characteristics of the rural construction .The results showed that the effect of distinguishing between regional scale in space of current situation of rural reconstruction is obvious in International Ceramic Art in Mingyue village and the difference are more obvious with the growing regional scale. Meanwhile, rich and colorful activities, the use of local materials and the coordination of building facade with the surrounding environment and accessibility of adjacent space are important to the factors. While the number of rest facilities, the number of creative sketch and the effects of lighting in the main street because of low performance should be improved.关键词
