摘要

Abstract

In this paper, PA66 (Nylon 66) as the solute and formic acid as the solvent were used to prepare spinning solution by adding the sodium chloride with mass fraction of 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% and 25%, respectively. The nanofiber membranes with the same thickness were prepared by electrospinning method. Then, the membranes were characterized by SEM, FTIR, universal materials testing machine and other instruments. The results show that the coverage rate of thin nano-fiber on thick nano-fiber fiber becomes increasingly higher with the increase in mass fraction of sodium chloride;fiber connection becomes closer;the breaking strength of the nanofiber membrane increases;There is no great impact of mass fraction of sodium chloride content on the molecular structure and thermal property of nano-fiber membranes. Although we use different sodium chloride content to spin nanofiber, the trend of pore size distribution is basically consistent. So, the greater the mass fraction of sodium chloride, the smaller the minimum aperture.
