光合生产植物天然产物的代谢工程蓝藻研究现状

Abstract
Cyanobacteria are photosynthetic microorganisms that have several advantages for producing plant natural products, such as simple input requirement, high solar conversion efficiency, and being tractable for genetic engineering. Moreover, they can solve some limitations in biosynthesis of plant natural products, such as difficult to express plant enzymes, require the addition of organic carbon feedstocks, and an inadequate supply of NADPH. The research progresses and development trend of the photosynthetic production of plant natural products are introduced. The review analyses the advantages of photosynthetic production of plant natural products in genetically engineered cyanobacteria, and supplies guidance for biosynthesis of natural products. Future developments of industrialization in photosynthetic production of plant natural products are prospected.关键词
