摘要
Abstract
Intestinal beneficial bacteria and their metabolites interact with human’s body, and have a close symbiotic relationship with the body. They play an important role in keeping intestinal healthy, promoting the digestion and ab-sorption of food nutrition and producing beneficial nutrients. At the same time, they play an important role in preventing pathogens from invading and regulating the immune system. This review summarizes the effects of two major intestinal probiotics and their metabolites.关键词
