摘要

Abstract

Strain Schizochytrium LX0809 that could accumulate DHA was used in this study.The effects of agitation and aeration on DHA production were investigated in a 10⁃L fermenter with 16 fermentation experiments.Dry cell weight and total fatty acids increased with the increase of agitation and aeration, whereas DHA content decreased with the increase of agitation and aeration. Total fatty acids and DHA content increased under the optimal condition when the aeration was 0�3 m3/h,and agitation was kept at 400 r/min for the first 40 h and 300 r/min for latter 56 h.Dry cell weight,DHA in total fatty acids, DHA content and the DHA yield reached 92 g/L,52�3 g/L,40�2% and 21 g/L,respectively.
