隔附子饼灸和穴位敷贴对心肾阳虚型冠心病病人血脂及血清炎性细胞因子的影响
Influence of indirect monkshood moxibustion and acupoint application on lipid levels and serum inflammatory cyto-kines of patients with heart kidney yang deficiency type of coronary heart disease

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the influence of indirect monkshood moxibustion and acupoint application on lipid levels and serum inflammatory cytokines of patients with heart kidney yang deficiency type of coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 80 patients with heart kidney yang deficiency type of coronary heart disease were selected from June 2015 to October 2015 who hospitalized in the Department of veteran in the First Affilia-ted Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine.They were randomly divided into the indirect monks-hood moxibustion+acupoint group(group A),the indirect monkshood moxibustion group(group B),the acu-point application group(group C)and the control group,20 cases in each group,treatment for 4 weeks.The changes of lipid level and serum inflammatory cytokines level in 4 weeks before and after treatment were meas-ured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and routine enzymatic method.Results:After treatment,the lipid level and serum inflammatory cytokine level in all groups were improved.After treatment,the total cholesterol (TC),triacylglycerol(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL C)and high density lipoprotein choles-terol (HDL C)in group A were all higher than those in control group,group B and group C.After 4 weeks of treatment,C reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF α)in group A were lower than those in the B group,the C group and the control group,serum adiponectin(APN)levels were higher than those in the B group,the C group and the control group.Conclusion:The indirect monkshood moxibustion and acupoint appli-cation therapy could effectively reduce the lipid level of patients with heart kidney yang deficiency type of coro-nary heart disease,and could reduce the patients’systemic inflammatory response.关键词
