不同类型炎症性肠病病人疲乏现状及其影响因素分析
Analysis of fatigue status quo of patients with different types of inflammatory bowel disease and its influencing factors

Abstract
Objective:To survey the fatigue status quo of patients with different types of inflammatory bowel dis-ease and its influencing factors.Methods:A total of 130 cases of patients with inflammatory bowel disease were selected with convenient sampling in outpatient clinic and department of inpatient in a third grade A hospital in Jiangsu province from September 2015 to July 2016.They received the questionnaire survey by using the self designed questionnaire,Harvey and Bradshow CDAI simplified calculation method,modified Truelove and Witts criteria for classification of disease severity and Multidimensional Fatigue Inventory(MFI),and then to compare the fatigue status quo of patients with different types of inflammatory bowel disease.Results:The total fatigue score of inflammatory bowel disease patients was(52.57±12.68),and the score was the highest in physiological fatigue dimension.There was no statistically significant difference in total fatigue score between Crohn’s disease patients and ulcerative colitis patients(P>0.05),but the scores of physiological fatigue and the enthusiasm de-creased of ulcerative colitis patients were higher than those of patients with Crohn’s disease(P<0.05).Age and severity of disease were the risk factors of fatigue(P<0.05),but postgraduate education and Infliximab treat-ment were the protective factors of fatigue(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fatigue was a multidimensional symptom, and most patients with inflammatory bowel disease were distressed by fatigue symptom.The patient’s age,edu-cational level,disease severity and drug use were the significant predictors of fatigue.Health care workers should pay attention to the patient’s fatigue symptom.After the initial assessment of the patient’s fatigue,the targeted interventions were given to improve the symptom.关键词
