Abstract
Objective:To probe into the application of construction of performance management model based on factor grading method in internal medicine nursing,so as to provide evidences for improving the nursing quali-ty.Methods:Before(January 1,2014 - December 31st)and after the implementation of performance manage-ment model of internal medicine nursing based on factor grading method(January 1,2015 - December 31st), the relevant indicators of the nursing quality,nursing adverse events and patients’satisfaction with care were compared.Results:The constructed performance management model based on factor grading method included 4 first level elements and 20second level elements.After implementing factor grading method to build per-formance management model,the quality of basic nursing,ward management,first grade nursing or special first grade nursing,key links management,operational norms and emergency medicine and equipment manage-ment were improved(P<0.05).The incidence of falls,incidence of pressure ulcers and incidence of complaints in patients were decreased(P<0.05).Patients were more satisfied with the nursing service technology,health education,service attitude,nurse patient communication and service timeliness(P<0.05).Conclusion:Con-struction of performance management model based on factor grading method can improve the efficiency of nursing management and nursing quality.关键词
