手术室专科护理质量评价指标体系的研制
Establishment of quality evaluation index system for operation room specialist nursing
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To establish the quality evaluation index system for operation room specialist nursing. Methods:To establish the evaluation system according to the three dimensional quality structure theory;two rounds of expert consultation were conducted on 1 5 operation room management experts by Delphi method;se-lect the indicators,and use analytic hierarchy process to determine each index weight;then the evaluation index system was established.Results:The draft of evaluation index system included 3 first level indexes,2 1 second level indexes and 81 third level indexes.Random consistency ratios(RI)were all less than 0.1,the expert opin-ion tended to be consistent.Conclusions:The established evaluation system had high reliability and was more. and its scientific,can provide quantitative guidance for clinical management in operation room.关键词
