Abstract
Objective:To know about the status quo of nurses'perceived professional benefits and analyze its influ-encing factors,in order to provide valuable basis for nursing human resource management and intervening study on raising the level of occupation gain.Methods:A total of 783 nurses from 3 third grade A hospitals in Baoding, Hebei province were involved by simple sample method.General information questionnaire,Nursing Profession-al Self Concept Scale and Nurses’Perceived Professional Benefits Scale(NPPB)were used.Results:The total score of nurses’perceived professional benefits was(127.99±18.68),and the total score of nurses’professional self concept was(82.45±9.89).There were statistically significant differences(P<0.01)in nurses'perceived professional benefits scores among nurses with different age,marital status,current educational background,job position,j ob title,working years and monthly income.Nurses’professional self concept was positively correla-ted with perceived professional benefits(r=0.425,P<0.01).The stratified regression analysis showed that the flexibility,satisfaction,communication,skills and leadership impacted nurses’perceived professional benefits, and it could explain 19.3% of the total variation of perceived professional benefits.Conclusions:Nurses’profes-sional self concept is in a middle positive state,and the nurses’perceived professional benefits is in the medi-um high level,and both them need to be improved.Nursing managers should take active measures to gain nur-ses’perceived professional benefits.关键词
