Analysis of risk factors of identification errors based on DEMATEL

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the identification errors by using DEMATEL.Methods:A total of 22 nursing adverse events of identification errors reported in 2014 network were analyzed on the risk factors with the estab-lishment of nursing quality and safety team and taking the 4M1E theory and expert consultation.The directly influencing matrix of identification errors factors was constructed and then to calculate the comprehensive influ-ence degree,influenced degree,centrality degree and reason degree by the software of DEMATEL formula.Re-sults:Risk factors of identification errors mainly included nurses’check consciousness,nurses’check method,i-dentification content training,nurses’sense of responsibility,workload of check time period,risk awareness of patients and so on,in which nurses’check consciousness was the key risk factors.Conclusion:DEMATEL could be used as an effective method to analyze the risk factors of identification error events and to make improvement measures.关键词
