中青年和老年脑卒中病人过渡期康复状况及其照顾者负担的影响因素分析
Analysis of rehabilitation status of young and middle aged and elderly patients with stroke during transitional peri-od and influencing factors of burden of caregivers

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the rehabilitation status of young and middle aged and elderly patients with stroke during transitional period and influencing factors of burden of caregivers.Methods:The general data questionnaire,the modified Barthel index rating scale,the moving index scale (RMI)and the self rating Depres-sion Scale (SDS)were used,a cross sectional survey was conducted for patients with stroke in department of rehabilitation in our hospital 6 months after discharge.A comparative analysis of rehabilitation status and care-giver’s burden were carried out among young and middle aged and elderly patients with stroke,and discussed influencing factors of caregiver burden.Results:Young and middle aged and elderly patients with stroke were different in terms of weekly rehabilitation training,number of species of dysfunction,depression,modified Bar-thel index,and caregiver burden (P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that depression,alcohol consumption and personal income satisfaction were the influencing factors of the burden of care for young and middle aged and elderly patients with stroke.Conclusion:Different rehabilitation nursing measures should be implemented according to different ages in the rehabilitation nursing during transitional period of stroke patients.At the same time,one should take targeted measures to reduce caregivers’burden and improve the quality of care.关键词
