Application of cognitive behavior intervention based on concept of humanism for elderly patients with chronic ob-structive pulmonary disease

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the application effect of cognitive behavior intervention based on the concept of humanism for elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Methods:A total of 80 cases of elderly patients with COPD were randomly divided into study group and control group,the patients in control group were given routine nursing intervention,and the concept of cognitive behavioral intervention based on routine nursing were introduced for the patients in study group.Then two groups of patients’quality of life and lung function were compared before intervention and at the end of two weeks of intervention,and the treat-ment compliance was surveyed at the eighth week after the intervention.Results:At the end of two weeks of in-tervention,the lung function and quality of life of the patients in study group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).The treatment compliance of patients in study group was higher than that in control group at the end of the eighth week after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:It was helpful to improve the pulmonary function and the treatment compliance and quality of life of COPD patients to implement the cognitive behavior intervention based on the concept of humanism.关键词
