南通市社区老年体位性低血压病人生存质量现状及影响因素分析
Analysis of quality of life of elderly patients with orthostatic hypotension in Nantong community and its influencing factors

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the quality of life of elderly patients with orthostatic hypotension in a com-munity in Nantong and its influencing factors.Methods:A total of 185 cases of elderly patients with orthostatic hypotension were investigated by using general information questionnaire and concise health questionnaire.Re-sults:Quality of life of elderly patients with orthostatic hypotension needed to be improved.Scores of quality of life of the elderly with different ages,gender,pre retirement career,marital status,living conditions,education level and monthly income were different (P<0.05).Conclusion:Quality of life of elderly patients with ortho-static hypotension was poor,and the various forms of pension model,should be carried out,to set up a good so-cial security system,strengthen talents training for the aged nursing and to improve the quality of life of pa-tients.关键词
