Abstract
Objective:To establish a scientific and reasonable training evaluation system of oncology specialist nurses based on CIPP model and Cobb model.Methods:The CIPP model and Cobb model were taken as guil-dance.Delphy Method was used for two rounds of consultation of 35 experts for establishing training evaluation system of oncology specialist nurses.Results:The authority coefficient of the first round and second round of expert consultation was respectively 0.87 and 0.90.Kendall coordination coefficients of three indexes were re-spectively 0.46,0.37 and 0.31.Finally the training evaluation system included 4 first level indicators,12 sec-ondary indicators and 42 third level indicators.Conclusion:The enthusiasm coefficient and authority coefficient of the experts were higher and the results were reliable.The training evaluation system of oncology specialist nurses had reference value for the training and evaluation of the oncology specialist nurses.关键词
