The effects and mechanism of EG00229 on the proliferation and invasion of ovarian cancer cells
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects and mechanism of EG 00229 on the proliferation and invasion of ovarian cancer cells .Methods :Transwell assays were employed to examine the invasion abilities of ovarian cancer cells .Cell number counting assays were performed to detect the cell proliferation .Western blotting was performed to detect the expression of downstream signaling molecules .Results :EG00229 significantly inhibited the prolifera‐tion and invasion of SKOV3 cells via suppressing the phosphorylation of VEGFR2 and activation of ERK MAPK . Conclusion :EG00229 can be exploited as a potential drug in the treatment of ovarian cancer .关键词
