Wnt信号通路组件在胃癌及慢性萎缩性胃炎中的表达分析
Analysis of Wnt signaling pathway activition in gastric carcinoma and chronic atrophic gastritis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the role of Wnt signaling pathway in the occurrence and development of gas‐tric carcinoma .Methods :Using histochemistry to detected the expression of Wnt2 andβ‐catenin in gastric carcino‐ma ,adjacent tissue ,and chronic atrophic gastritis .Results :The expression of Wnt2 in gastric carcinoma is obvious‐ly more than adjacent tissue and chronic atrophic gastritis .The expression of Wnt2 in adjacent tissue is more than chronic atrophic gastritis .There are expression of β‐catenin in adjacent tissue and chronic atrophic gastritis .The ex‐pression of β‐catenin in gastric carcinoma is obviously more than adjacent tissue and chronic atrophic gastritis .Con‐clusion :Wnt2 andβ‐catenin are high expression in gastric carcinoma .β‐catenin is expression in chronic atrophic gas‐tritis .Abnomal Wnt signaling pathway is important in the occurrence and development of gastric carcinoma .关键词
