Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of two‐locus puncture thrombolytic therapy for the treatment of ar‐teriovenous graft (AVG) by using urokinase .Methods :Two positioning of arteriovenous anastomosis were selected as the puncture points ,and the AVG was treated with 5000U/ml urokinase and repeated aspiration .The result of the patients with AVG ultrasound ,blood routine examination ,coagulation indicator ,biochemical criterion were com‐pared ,and the adverse reactions were observed .Results :Observation of AVG thrombosis (n= 30) ,AVG usage time was 6 months to 5 years ,and thrombus formation time was 3 hours to 48 hours .Among 30 cases of patients with thrombolytic therapy ,26 cases (86 .7% ) abtained successful thrombolysis ,with average time of thrombolysis (4 .74 ± 2 .31) h ,average urokinase thrombolytic dosage (35 .5 ± 5 .5 million ) U .Before and after thrombolytic therapy ,there was difference in prothrombin time and activated partial thromboplastin time (P< 0 .05) ,but no difference in other indexes .The success rate of treatment was related to the length of thrombus formation time and the status of venous terminal flow .Conclusion :The thrombolytic therapy with two‐locus puncture and using uroki‐nase discontinuously and repeated is safe and effective ,high success rate ,which can reduce the temporary catheter and surgical reconstruction as well as their associated complications .It has a high clinical value ,as the ideal choice for the thrombolytic treatment of of AVG thrombus formation .关键词
