无创通气治疗哮喘合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:This study of hospital patients with bronchial asthma in some patients diagnosed with OSAHS patients and non‐invasive ventilation in the treatment on the basis of conventional therapy ,to further ex‐plore the efficacy of non‐invasive ventilation in patients with bronchial asthma with OSAHS through .Methods :366 cases of clinical diagnosis and clinical classification (ACT score ,pulmonary function check ) ,for selected patients with polysomnography (PSG) after 114 patients in 76 patients with asthma with OSAHS were randomly divided into group 1 (n= 38) and group 2 (n=38) cases ,simple bronchial asthma patients group 3 (n=38) .3 groups of pa‐tients for routine drug treatment .Group 2 while giving nighttime CPAP (by pressure titration ) treatment for 12 weeks ,and then measured the ACT score and pulmonary function of patients with three or more groups .Results :The incidence of asthma with OSAHS up 56 .01 percent ,the treatment of asthma‐related indicators before the merg‐er OSAHS patients :BMI ,ACT score and PEF ,FEV1/FVC% compared with patients with severe asthma (P<0 . 05) .Asthma with OSAHS patients while conventional medicine will be non‐invasive ventilation (CPAP) therapy ef‐fective (P<0 .05) .Conclusion:Asthma with OSAHS overlap syndrome incidence in clinical and OSAHS is an im‐portant factor in asthma poorly controlled ,should be given adequate attention of clinicians to avoid misdiagnosis . The merger OSAHS patients with bronchial asthma treatment while joint regulation noninvasive respiratory therapy can effectively control asthma attacks ,thereby reducing the suffering of patients ,number of hospitalizations and treatment costs .关键词
