Research on Structural and Static Characteristics of Differential Hall Sensor for Rail Corrugation Detection
摘要
Abstract
Due to the fact that the chord-based sensor for rail corrugation detection equipment is expensive and short service life, a new approach to use differential Hall sensor is proposed to detect rail corrugation. The differential design is conducted to reduce the nonlinear error of Hall sensor, linear regression is employed to calibrate the Hall sensor and determine the measurement origin, and a static calibration table is designed to calibrate the static characteristics of the sensor. The result shows that the differential design can improve the static characteristics of the Hall sensor, the differential Hall sensor is proved excellent in static characteristics and suitable for rail corrugation detection.关键词
