摘要
Abstract
The new Hainan west ring line after its completion together with the existed Hainan east ring line will constitute the world’s first high-speed railway loop around the island. This paper introduces the signal safety data network, temporary speed restriction, track circuit frequency conversion and balise telegram special treatment related to this high speed railway train control system, and addresses the particularities of the round-island high speed railway train control system. The opening and operation of Hainan Island high speed railway justify the applicability of the special treatments designed for this high speed railway train control system.关键词
