Study on Generalized Modular Planning of Precasting Yard for CRTS Ⅲ Type Pretensioned and Prestressed Concrete Track Slab

Abstract
This paper conducts studies on the key issues for precasting yard layout to standardize the planning and design of CRTS Ⅲ type precasting yard, optimize the transportation and tooling configuration, guarantee the quality of track slab and reduce the cost of construction. With reference to the well established practices and research results in this regard, prefabricated field function zoning, planning principles, key parameters related to the planning and design are addressed. In the design of the prefabricated field, generalized modular design of different functional areas is carried out, and the parametric design based on the production capacity is adopted in each module. The above planning and design practices can realize the standardization of prefabricated construction and satisfy the economic and applicable principles in the premise of the function of the prefabricated field and product quality.关键词
