摘要

Abstract

With the development of the city, the location of the parking lot has become one of the important factors that restrict the metro construction due to the fact that the domestic metro parking lot often covers a large area. This paper analyzes the metro engineering design scheme and the existing problems of underground parking lot in perspective of metro design specification, vehicle repair technology, indoor and outdoor fire control and drainage, building design, and puts forward counter measures in terms of the feasibility of construction of the underground parking lot, the intensive utilization of land resources. The research results show that the underground parking garage, auxiliary production houses, the integrated maintenance facilities, the steward apartment and canteen should be located underground and the fire protection design should be coordinated with the local fire department at an early stage. The research conclusions may provide references for the design of subsequent underground parking lot or metro depot.
