摘要

Abstract

A series of HZSM‐5/SAPO‐11 composite zeolites were synthesized .The effects of raw material ratio ,template ,crystallization time on the formation and catalytic performance of HZSM‐5/SAPO‐11 composite zeolites were studied .The optimal synthesis conditions were :the raw material mass ratio di‐n‐propylamine m(DPA )∶ m(HZSM‐5)∶ m(Al2 O3 )=8∶4∶1 ,di‐n‐propylamine (DPA) as template ,and the crystallization time 24 h .The experiment results indi‐cate that the conversion of ethanol and the selectivity to ethylene were about 95% .No obvious deactivation was observed after 150 h .
