CuZnAl 催化剂中 Cu含量对催化环己醇气相脱氢反应性能的影响
Effect of Cu Content on the Catalytic Properties of CuZnAl for Gas-Phase Dehydrogenation of Cyclohexanol

Abstract
A series of CuZnAl mixed oxides were obtained by calcination of CuZnAl hydrotalcite pre‐cursors ,which were prepared through constant pH coprecipitation method .The gas‐phase dehydrogena‐tion of cyclohexanol to cyclohexanone over CuZnAl catalysts was carried out in a continuous fixed bed re‐actor .Results show that catalyst with regular layer structure and high crystallinity was achieved in the range of n(Cu)∶ n(Zn)<2 .Catalyst with high specific surface area ,good Cu dispersion and suitable basic site amount and intensity was obtained after calcination of n(Cu)∶n(Zn)∶n(Al)=1.0∶1.0∶1.0 hydrotalcite precursor .The catalyst exposes Cu0/Cu+active site in an appropriate proportion after reduc‐tion ,and under reaction temperature of 250 ℃ ,the conversion of cyclohexanol is nearly 65.76% ,the selectivity of cyclohexanone is 99.48% .关键词
