摘要

Abstract

T his paper developes a finite element model fully coupling the thermal ,electrical and mechanical fields ,which can obtain solution simultaneously to study the effect of welding heat input on microstructure and micro‐properties of TTS443 ferritic stainless steel .Nugget size devi‐ation was within 10% compared with experimental measurements .The grain growth in the heat affect zone(HAZ) was analyzed in details ,on the basis of the welding temperature field of accu‐rate calculation .
