一种改进型的SSD FTL算法
An improved SSD FTL algorithm
摘要
Abstract
The FTL layer is the key of the SSD,its function is to map the flash as a block device,and do LBA translate,garbage collection,data R/W at the same time.Because the SSD’s lifetime is determined by the FTL algorithm,this paper start from this,based on the analysis of SSD writing mechanism,an improved SSD FTL algorithmis is proposed.It can reduce the useless writing operation by hash,and make the SSD lifetime longer than before.关键词
