基于国内数据库的2011~2015年肿瘤研究情况报告
Report of tumor research situation during 2011-2015 based on domestic databases
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the published papers situation ,research trend and hot spot of domestic tumor research field in the recent five years by using the database of the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) in order to provide the big data reference for the workers in the tumor field. Methods The academic indexes reflecting academic focuses and research trends including number of published papers,citation frequency,download frequency,subject distribution,funding situation and so on were statistically analyzed by collecting the issued papers situation in the tumor research field during 2011-2015 based on CNKI database. Results (1)The published papers in tumor field had a slightly growing trend during 2011-2014 ,and decreased slightly in 2015,its proportion in the total number of published medical paper remained relatively stable (11.5%-12.5%),which belonged to the research field of high attention. (2)The number of tumor papers with high citation frequency(more than 50 times) during 2011-2015 showed a declining trend ,and the proportion of tumor papers with high download frequency (more than 500 times) in all the tumor papers during 2011-2015 accounted for 3.819%,4.543%,3.928%,2.300%,0.535%respectively. (3)In the papers with high citation (top 50 or citation frequency more than 20 times) during 2011-2015,the proportion of guide inter-pretations accounted for 16.0%,20.0%,22.0%,20.0%and 20.0%respectively,and remained a stable level,but which of the pro-portion of clinical application papers had larger fluctuation(0.0%-52.0%).(4)The tumor subjects distributed widely,mainly con-centrating at oncology,surgery,clinical medicine,obstetrics and gynecology,science of Chinese pharmacology,urology and so on. (5)The number of tumor papers supported by the National Natural Science Foundation showed a growing trend year by year during 2011-2015,which was increased from 6.80%in 2011 to 9.50%in 2015. (6)The tumors with high incidence all concentrated at clinical direction,moreover which appeared the difference of research hot spots due to the characteristics of tumor types (disease diagnosis,treatment,prognosis,etc). Conclusion Analyzing and researching the big data of tumor papers can timely master the trends and hot dynamic in the tumor research field and has good reference significance for the researchers obtaining the high qual-ity papers and seeking the research direction.关键词
