Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on clinical effect and psychological status in the patients with diabetes complicating myocardial infarction . Methods Totally 300 patients with diabetes complicating myocardial infarction in our hospital from December 2011 to December 2015 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into control group(150 cases) and observation group(150 cases) according to the number table method. The cases in the observation group were given the comprehensive nursing intervention measures ,while the cases in the control group received the routine nursing measures. The nursing effects were compared between two groups. Results After nursing,the fasting blood glu-cose(FBG),2h postprandial blood glucose (2hPG) and hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) levels in the two groups were significantly de-creased compared with those before nursing ,moreover the decrease level in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of in the observation group was 92.7%(139/150),which was significantly higher than 86.7%(130/150) in the control group,the difference was statistically sig-nificant (P<0.05). After the corresponding nursing,the score of life quality in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group with statistical difference (P<0.05),meanwhile the Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) scores in the observation group were(41.73±3.64) points and(39.12±4.53)points respectively,which were significantly lower than (48.12±4.17)points and(44.42±4.52)points in the control group,the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention measures can significantly reduce the blood glucose level,im-prove the quality of life and negative emotions in the patients with diabetes complicating myocardial infarction,are conducive to progno-sis and recovery and worthy of further clinical promotion an dapplication.关键词
