摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the value of serum pepsinogen (PG)Ⅰ,PGⅠ/PGⅡratio (PGR) and gastrin 17 (G-17) in diagnosing gastric cancer by detecting their serum levels in the patients with gastric cancer and related gastric diseases. Methods The enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to measure serum PGⅠ,PGR and G-17 levels in the healthy control group(90 cases),atrophic gastritis group(AG,180 cases) and gastric cancer group(n=120). Their value for diag-nosing gastric cancer was evaluated according to the receiver operator characteristic (ROC) curve. Results The serum PGⅠand PGR levels in the AG group were significantly decreased compared with the healthy control group ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The serum G-17 level in the AG group was decreased compared with the healthy control group ,but the differ-ence was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The serum PGⅠand PGR levels in the gastric cancer were significantly decreased compared with the healthy control group and AG group, while the serum G-17 level was significantly increased, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). In the ROC permission analysis of the gastric cancer group and healthy control group ,the area un-der PGⅠROC curve was 0.788,the optimal critical value was PGⅠ<37.00 ng/mL,its sensitivity and specificity were 0.892 and 0.799 respectively. The area under PGR ROC curve was 0.798,the optimal critical value was PGR<2.700,its sensitivity and speci-ficity were 0.882 and 0.692 respectively. The area under G-17 ROC curve was 0.765,the optimal critical value was G-17>26.80ρmol/L,its sensitivity and specificity were 0.706 and 0.910 respectively. Conclusion The combined detection of PGⅠ,PGR and G-17 has a higher diagnostic value in gastric cancer.关键词
